Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID, then open the app → Settings → Parents' Portal → Premium tab → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, not the device.
How do I cancel the free trial or subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SelectMath, or in the App Store app tap your profile photo → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of the paid period.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with your Apple ID, find SelectMath, and choose "Request a refund."
I found a question I think is wrong
Tap the flag icon on the question — that's the fastest path; reported questions are reviewed directly. You can also email us a screenshot. Every question passes automated verification before it's served, but if one slips through we want to know and we'll pull it from the bank.
I forgot the parental gate PIN
If Face ID / Touch ID is set up on the device, a parent can use it instead of the PIN at the gate. Otherwise email us from the address you'd like us to reply to and we'll walk you through resetting it.
Does the app work offline?
Yes — the bundled question sets and any pre-downloaded Premium questions work fully offline. Streaming fresh questions and syncing new content needs a connection. There's a "Pre-download Questions" option in the Parents' Portal for travel or unreliable wi-fi.
How is my child's data handled?
Practice history stays on the device; the cloud sees only an anonymous identifier. No ads, no tracking SDKs, no personal information collected. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Can I join the beta (TestFlight)?
Yes — we're onboarding a small founding cohort. Leave your details here and we'll send a TestFlight invite. Founding families keep the launch price for as long as they stay subscribed.
